Too! Many! Bad! Tom Clancy! Parodies!

The Sunshine Project, whose purpose for existing is to drag formerly classified documents out into the open, has uncovered this gem, from Brooks Air Force Base. This was a wide-sweeping proposal in non-lethal weaponry. In particular, check out the top of the second page (spelling errors in the original):
(3) Category #3: Chemicals that effect human behavior so that discipline and morale in enemy units is adversely effected. One distasteful but completely non-lethal example would be strong aphrodisiacs, especially if the chemical also caused homosexual behavior. Another example would be a chemical that made personnel very sensitive to sunlight.

Back up: say what? A buggery-inducing love bomb?

Can you imagine the havoc that would be wreaked if this got into the wrong hands?!

(Sadly, the Air Force passed on this proposal.)
