Before starting: 108 bpm(?!)
15 minutes in: 160 bpm (slow down!)
30 minutes in: 148 bpm (kept returning to original rhythm)
45 minutes in: 140 bpm (c'mon, slow down)
after the hour: 138 bpm
As before, the exhaustion evaporated after about half an hour. I do believe that a solid hour of easy-going work (perhaps a bit less effort than today, if I can teach myself to back off) is the way to go.
Now, to shower.
