Before starting: 78 bpm
After 15 minutes: 133 bpm
After 30 minutes: 128 bpm
After 45 minutes: 128 bpm
After 60 minutes: 150 bpm

Yes, I stepped it up after the two sub-130 readings. My knees also hurt a bit, but that could be the weather.
