Exercize Log -- Wii Fit Yoga

It may not be real yoga, given the nature of the Wii Fit board and all, but the instant feedback I got about keeping my body balanced more than made up for that. I was even able to perform the Tree Pose (where you plant one foot on the other leg's thigh and hold your hands above your head), albeit not yet for the prescribed amount of time. But I didn't think I'd be able to do it at all, so we'll take progress as it comes.
