Shaggy Marx Joke
Jun. 3rd, 2005 03:49 pm(I was inspired to create this in
woodwardiocom's Pretentious Bar Jokes thread, but I wanted a copy in my own journal.)
Marx and Engels walk into a bar. They sit at a table, and the waitress asks them "What'll you have?" Surprisingly, Marx himself does not reply, but a muffled voice from just under the table says "We'll both have a couple of beers". Startled, the waitress looks under the table, to find that Marx has a pair of speakers on the edge of his lap. Marx's voice comes from the speakers, repeating "I said we'll both have a couple of beers".
The waitress goes to the bartender, thumbs toward their table and says, "Two each, according to his knees."
