In November of 2005, the Red Sox brought the 2004 World Series trophy to her 111th birthday party.
Her first game was in the brand-new Fenway Park in 1912, when she was 18.
Some point out that she was a Red Sox fan "from the Babe Ruth days". The heck with that: she was a Red Sox fan from the Tris Speaker days.
And she lasted out the entire 86-year drought.
