This is not 1978.

We still have plenty of lead.

So we just dropped three out of four to the bottom teams of the AL Central. So Daisuke walked six batters.

There's still plenty of time.

Pay no attention to the black clouds hovering over Fenway. The far-off sound of "DOOM" being struck on an anvil has nothing to do with us.

I don't usually do this, but as I'm about to take off for Baitcon for the weekend, I thought I'd leave some link sausage here for your amusement now and my amusement later.

The Laws of Software Development, now all in one place! Authors listed, and links provided to each individual "law". For example:

An ad for Norway's "Hydro", featuring an excellent hack. If you work in a place where sound is impolitic, you can turn the sound all the way down and follow this by its English subtitles.

Why you shouldn't smash a can of WD-40 in your campfire. Some people call this a "Darwin in action", and I agree, but only because it shows the importance of rolling on the ground when you are set on fire.

Back Sunday some-time!
