How Corrupt?

Transparency International has released the 2007 corruption index of world governments.

I suppose no country with both New Jersey and Hawai'i could be expected to get a perfect score, but the U.S.'s 20th place ranking is nothing to crow about. But hey, at least we squeaked past those Belgians.
