Spring depression. Hit hard today, probably wasn't great previous days.

Knowing that it's an annual thing doesn't always help. Knowing that it's not situational... is probably a help. Keeps me from lashing out.

Have the strong impression of looking up at the world from the bottom of a well.

Hugs appreciated. Comments along the lines of, "Cheer up! It's SPRING!" are not.
