Tuesday, I take off for a week with the family in my parents' home state of South Dakota. This means a one-stop flight, renting a car, then driving it 75 miles north.

I don't need a head-cold. I need to breathe thru both nostrils, and I need my head not to slorch when I shift it.

I'd also like to avoid coughing up post-nasal drips. I would like to avoid this by not having any post-nasal drips.

And I have to wrap up what I'm doing at work and make sure everyone who needs my stuff is covered for a week.

So I'll probably be going to bed early tonite.

The fresh split-pea soup that tamidon made today helps, but not enough.
