Today Went Well!
Jan. 25th, 2011 12:54 pmIt was only a ten-hour day for me; our Israeli business partners were still all nose-to-the-grindstone when I left, but my stuff is so debugged, they now can see clearly that the bugs which are left are all theirs. Woo-hoo!
Oh, and the parts I worked on are sailing like a dream. "I think it's faster than it was before!", claimed the project manager. I've got solid proof that it isn't, but it's being displayed in a much more responsive manner, so it sure looks faster.
In other news, my GPS needs its maps updated; I will be sure to tell them that. Haifa has gone under enough construction that the major roads show my car as hanging in empty space on the navigator from time to time. For 55 shekels a day, you bet I'm going to let the GPS rental company know about that.
You know what? I'm going to eat dinner tonite. I got out early enough, and I'm hungry enough, and gosh darn it, I'm on an expense account.
