The upshot: yes, I've gained most of the weight back, but my cholesterol is down, and the low-density crap was what went down. It's still on the high side of normal, and it would be much better if the ratio of HDP to LDP were higher. However, it's clear that increasing my consumption of eggs has helped lower my serum cholesterol. Oh, and exercizing would get that glucose level down.
But I was afraid that I'd crossed the line into the problem range, and that hasn't happened yet.
I was in much better shape twenty pounds ago. Time to return there.
